Before Delivery Begins If you have placed an order and delivery has not yet started, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email or WhatsApp and we will process the cancellation and refund promptly.

If delivery has begun but your order has not been fully completed, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of the order that was not delivered. For example, if you ordered 20 reviews and only 10 were delivered, you would be eligible for a refund on the remaining 10. Contact our team with your order details and we will calculate and process the partial refund within 5 business days.

Once the full order has been delivered as described, refunds are not available. This is consistent with the nature of the service, where the deliverable has been completed in full.

If any reviews from your order are removed by Google within 30 days of delivery completion, please contact us with evidence of the removal. We will review the case and where the removal was outside normal variance, we will offer a replacement at no charge. Replacements are not available after the 30-day window large number of reviews order refills are available upto 90 days.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind after delivery has begun, reviews removed outside the 30-day coverage window, or orders where incorrect Google Business profile information was provided by the customer.
